Forms are processed on a first come first serve basis.
Forms must be accompanied by payment in full: We accept cash, check and all major credit cards. Pay on-line with paypal on the Art Classes page.
You may register in person, by phone (262)652-5911 or by fax (262)652-5941
Refund/ cancellation policy:
You may cancel, for a full refund, up to 7 days prior to the first class. NO REFUNDS will be issued after that time.
If a class is cancelled due to low enrollment, you will be notified, and a refund will be issued. Â
